No es un secreto, internet est\u00e1 metida en cada tr\u00e1mite, en cada momento de ocio, en cada actividad, por peque\u00f1a que sea, que debamos hacer para conectarnos con el otro. Por todo esto, no es raro que el proceso de compra tambi\u00e9n se encuentre estrechamente ligado y modificado \u00bfno crees? Pensemos en lo que hacemos cuando queremos comprar algo nuevo, por ejemplo, un par de zapatillas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Antes de internet, no nos quedaba otra opci\u00f3n que salir a recorrer los <\/span><b>shoppings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> o los <\/span><b>negocios de barrio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Eleg\u00edamos quiz\u00e1s por cercan\u00eda, por comodidad, por no tener opciones para comparar. Eso cambi\u00f3 dr\u00e1sticamente. Hoy, antes de salir, miramos los modelos que hay disponibles, la variedad de precios, las opiniones de sus consumidores. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos la opci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>comprarlas online<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, con env\u00edo gratis, con cambio sin cargo o con devoluci\u00f3n si el producto no era lo que esperabas. Pero todo este proceso que enumeramos no ser\u00eda posible sin el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rdstation.com\/co\/marketing-digital\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">marketing digital<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, el conjunto de informaciones y acciones que pueden ser hechas en diversos medios digitales con el objetivo de promover empresas y productos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y aqu\u00ed te contaremos algo que quiz\u00e1s no sab\u00edas. Sigamos con el ejemplo anterior, navegamos un buen rato por distintas p\u00e1ginas de calzado, pero hubo una que nos gust\u00f3 m\u00e1s y hasta entramos en su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emprenderalia.com\/como-crear-una-tienda-online\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tienda online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> con toda la intenci\u00f3n de hacer la compra. Elegimos el modelo, el color y el talle y lo ponemos en el <\/span><b>carrito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, pero en el momento de pagar nos damos cuenta de que no nos convenc\u00eda del todo ese producto y abandonamos la p\u00e1gina sin dudarlo. Luego de eso, seguimos por la web y empezamos a ver esa marca, esas zapatillas, anuncios, todo sobre lo que \u00edbamos a adquirir, pero no hab\u00edamos cerrado la operaci\u00f3n: eso es el retargeting. Esta estrategia es utilizada para recordarle al cliente que el vendedor y su producto est\u00e1n all\u00ed, esperando su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.embluemail.com\/que-es-una-conversion-en-marketing-digital\/#:~:text=La%20conversi%C3%B3n%20es%20el%20momento,una%20venta%20o%20una%20reserva.\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">conversi\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> final: la venta. Est\u00e1 comprobado que si est\u00e1s constantemente record\u00e1ndole al usuario que existes, que est\u00e1s ah\u00ed y que tienes la soluci\u00f3n a su problema, la probabilidad de que acabe convirtiendo aumenta en gran escala.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El retargeting funciona gracias a las <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyberclick.es\/numerical-blog\/cookies-en-informatica-que-son-y-para-que-sirven\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cookies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que se instalan en el navegador del potencial cliente una vez que este visita una p\u00e1gina determinada.\u00a0 Despu\u00e9s, cuando entra en otros sitios que aceptan anuncios de campa\u00f1as de terceros, se muestra la publicidad de los productos que hemos visitado anteriormente. Hay diferentes maneras de aplicar esta t\u00e9cnica, pero las m\u00e1s conocidas son el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/marketing.wtwhmedia.com\/what-is-display-ad-retargeting-and-how-does-it-work\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Retargeting display<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campaignmonitor.com\/blog\/email-marketing\/email-retargeting-what-it-is-and-how-it-works\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Email retargeting<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0 El primero funciona especialmente con el popular aviso de utilizaci\u00f3n de cookies, que aparece cada vez en m\u00e1s p\u00e1ginas web. Existe una variante, empleada sobre todo en eCommerce, que automatiza la creaci\u00f3n de anuncios para impactar a cada usuario con ese producto que le ha interesado especialmente. El segundo, Email retargeting, se trata de una forma de recuperaci\u00f3n de carritos v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico. Lo que hace es enviar un correo al usuario que abandon\u00f3 su transacci\u00f3n, para llevarlo de vuelta a la web de la marca y que pueda completar su compra. Gracias al retargeting conseguiremos aumentar el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/google-ads\/answer\/2615875?hl=es-419\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CTR<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (cantidad de clicks que recibe el anuncio dividido las impresiones), incrementar la conversi\u00f3n y recuperar a los clientes indecisos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sin embargo, como todo lo que les venimos contando en el blog, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">esta t\u00e9cnica es m\u00e1s \u00fatil cuanto m\u00e1s tr\u00e1fico tienes.
